For this programme, Exellys is working together with ING. This diverse and inclusive bank is on a journey to redefine banking. That’s why they’re looking for talented colleagues with the potential to become an IT team lead within this exciting organisation.

What, where, when?

Traineeship details

  • What: a mix of classroom and virtual trainings, multi-day trips and on-the-job coaching
  • Where: Brussels & remote
  • When: You’ll learn all you need to know over the course of two years. After the first year, you’ll already be guiding a team of 10 to 15 people.
  • Obviously, you’ll get an attractive salary and benefits package from day one.
