As an IT Team Lead, you get to combine your technical abilities with your people skills to guide and develop a team of skilled tech professionals. What: a mix of classroom and virtual trainings, multi-day trips and on-the-job coaching
Where: Brussels & remote
When: You’ll learn all you need to know over the course of two years. After the first year, you’ll already be guiding a team of 10 to 15 people.
