For this traineeship, we partnered up with DTSQUARED. In this program, you will learn how to operate as a Data Consultant multiple data projects and explore a broad range of data roles from Data Steward to Data Engineer within the financial services industry with an emphasis on collaboration and communication. This will you prepare you for an interesting, future-proof job within the data field.

To join this specific track, all you need is to be passionate about data and have the right consultant mindset. You have an educational background or experience (maximum 3 years) where you came into contact with data (IT, Mathematics, Physics, Bio Engineering, etc.). Since you’ll end up working in an international environment, strong communication skills are a big plus.

Discover the traineeship

After completing our Data Consultancy track, you will:

Perform as a kick-ass consultant, with emphasis on collaboration, communication, managing meetings and presentation.
Have built up industry knowledge and background with a focus on the data challenges in financial organizations and the evolving regulatory environment they operate in.
Be an expert at data fundamentals covering all aspects of the data landscape, from data tooling to the pillars of a data management framework and how to carry out a data maturity assessment.
Have a knack for project management and methodology fundamentals including overviews of established techniques and frameworks for successful delivery of client solutions an be certified as a SAFe® 5 Practitioner)
Show off your certifications across a range of key data management tools, such as Collibra, Informatica and Snowflake.
Have explored what kind of Data Consultancy role suits you the best, being it a technical engineering role or a business role (strategy or project management).

Location: London
Duration: 3 months (kickoff start of October & graduation mid December)

Content: A well balanced mix consisting of:
Physical & online courses about data, consultancy, and financial services industry.
Interactive team rotations (3 x 3 weeks) where you will apply your knowledge on Data Tasks.
Data Tools certification learning tracks (Collibra, Snowflake, and Informatica)
Client role plays where you will practice your consultancy skills.
White paper creation
Certification: SAFe – Scaled Agile Framework, Collibra, Informatica & Snowflake

By now you should have noticed that this 3-month traineeship will take place in London. We’ll be working for about 40 hours a week, leaving you with more than enough time to explore the vibrant city of London right from the doorstep of the apartment that we will provide for you during your stay.

All the iconic museums, historical buildings, food markets, night clubs and concert halls will be just an underground stop away. Mind the gap!
