Starting from your personal and professional ambitions, we’ll help you choose from a broad range of jobs, technologies and companies to find the perfect fit. Then, depending on your track record, you’ll enter one of our two-year training and coaching programs. And trust us: these programs are different. Together with your personal Exellys coach, you’ll be ready for whatever comes your way.

After you concluded your two-year track, you’ll get the opportunity to become a full-time internal employee of your client’s organization.

From graduate to young professional

Start Smart

The Start Smart program guides graduates or young potentials with less than 2 years of workexperience to the level of dynamic professionals. During these two years, we focus on sharpening the skills and developing the competencies that young talent needs to become successful and happy tech professionals.

Grow Smart

The Grow Smart program trains and coaches tech professionals with 2 to 4 years’ of work experience and aims to develop the crucial skills and competencies that are needed to drive the innovations of tomorrow. The program is built around 3 major themes: self-leadership, innovation and stakeholder & team engagement.

From advanced professional to future-fit digital leader

Lead smart

The Lead Smart program is intended for advanced tech professionals with around 4 to 8 years of professional experience, who are ready to take on their first role in leadership. The purpose of this program is to develop experts who act as trusted leader and can effectively drive innovation in the digital landscape.

Personal coaching, taken seriously

During your time as an Exellyst there will be a personal coach (or Talent Development Manager, as we like to call them) by your side, so you can excel in your favorite domain(s).

These seasoned and certified professionals with a strong background in tech and talent development will actively:

  • Take you out of your comfort zone
  • Let you experiment with new behavior and skills
  • Help you in taking big steps in your professional and personal development
