About the Challenge

Are you ready for a customer-facing role with lots of responsibilities, at a leading and innovative tech company?

As Customer Experience Manager at HPE, you act as an advocate for customers during the solutioning of an issue or problem. You’ll be collaborating with stakeholders throughout all service value chains and delivery methods, to maintain or regain customer satisfaction and trust in HPE Pointnext Technology Services. On-site visits to customers are required, along with remote work.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring and analyzing customer satisfaction and operational scorecards, working out improvement plans when required
  • Incident handling and escalation management
  • Coordination and supervision of various processes and projects
  • Problem management and providing Strategic input for continuous improvement
  • Project Management and Best practices sharing, driving projects that increase customer satisfaction or reduce costs
  • Identify, flag and mitigate potential risks in ongoing projects or in changes to our processes that can potentially impact our commitments towards our customers and partners

Your skills

Being a good Customer Experience Manager requires a specific set of skills. You must have a passion for ICT and a customer-focused, positive attitude. You have commercial feeling and ambition to grow further in delivery management. You find a challenge in a fast-moving environment, and are able to multitask and work with a diverse group of people.

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • You’ve ideally already enjoyed a first work experience in the IT sector, or in an IT role in a different sector
  • You have excellent knowledge of Dutch, French and English
  • You have very thorough ICT Infrastructure knowledge
  • You have good analytical skills and are fact-driven
  • You’re resilient to stress and have a flexible attitude
