About the Challenge

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with the Chapter Lead and other team members in a virtual environment to ensure effective testing strategies are implemented.

Work within a squad environment, testing software products on a daily basis.

Promote mobility and learning across teams to enhance flexibility and knowledge sharing.

Analyse requirements and collaborate with Business Analysts to ensure comprehensive understanding of customer needs.

Develop and execute test plans using coding languages such as JAVA, Python, and Selenium.

Conduct code reviews and participate in the testing of complex technical features.

Utilize analytical thinking to identify and resolve potential issues within the software.

Contribute to the automation of testing processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Collaborate with other squads and stakeholders to ensure cohesive integration and functionality across the product.


Your skills


Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing and automation.

Proficiency in coding languages such as JAVA, Python, and Selenium.

Experience with build technologies such as Jenkins and familiarity with cloud environments.

Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to dissect complex problems.

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a diverse team.

Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and processes.
