About the Challenge

As Security & Compliance Officer at Kinepolis Group, you support the Head of ICT production in the secure operation of all in-house computer systems, servers and network connections. You also support the ICT infrastructure team to ensure that all ICT systems comply with the internal ICT procedures & security standards. Additionally, you collaborate with the CIO to implement new initiatives and work closely together with the Data Protection Officer.

These are your key responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for the strategic aspect of ICT Security and governance: security audits and risk assessments, integration and implementation of new security approaches, minimize the risk of cyber attacks
  • You organize periodic compliance controls: continuous assessments, audits, periodic reviews, recommendations for improvement
  • You are the security budget owner
  • You present solutions and necessary actions to solve crisis problems, caused by attacks or threats towards our ICT security systems and support the ICT service desk in appropriate communication to all stakeholders
  • You keep your knowledge about the evolutions and developments in ICT security up-to-date

Your skills

The most important thing, is that you’re passionate and engaged. You want to take on a role with a lot of responsibility and impact. A first experience in ICT security is a plus, but even if you’re fresh out of school, don’t hesitate to apply!

A few characteristics of our ideal candidate:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in ICT
  • A strong interest in ICT security
  • Ideally a background in Infrastructure
  • Can’t wait to dive into the technological aspects of ICT Security
  • Excited about the prospect of working with a community of ethical hackers
  • Show engagement to the company in exchange for ample opportunities for growth and career development
  • Good knowledge of English and Dutch are a must. Do you also speak French? That’s even better!
  • As you’re looking forward to working autonomously in a flexible working environment, you understand that flexibility goes both ways
