  • Building a network of talented professionals
  • Sourcing new recruits on LinkedIn,, jobteaser, bevopr,…
  • Analysing applications & being the first point of contact for candidates
  • Strategic selection of advertisement channels
  • Cooperating closely with our Marketing team to set up new campaigns
  • Cracking jokes with coworkers

Your skills

We don’t require any job experience, just a lot of enthusiasm and a few specific qualities:

  • You’re skilled at approaching people without freaking them out
  • You enjoy browsing through online profiles in search of the perfect candidate
  • You’ve got a good sense of humour


  • You hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience/natural talent
  • You’re a native Dutch speaker but are also fluent in English
  • You’re a reliable team player with excellent interpersonal & communicative skills
  • You have a persevering, dedicated and proactive attitude
  • You’ve got an affinity with IT
  • You can work in a business development environment and meet targets
