Your tasks include:
• Recruiting your IT talent via different recruitment channels
• Focussing on each individual’s needs to think with them and guide them towards their best possible career
• Engaging with our clients to discuss all the details of the positions they’re looking to fill, challenging them on expectations and encouraging them to keep an open mind
• Taking matters into your own hands to improve the way we do things
• Acting on opportunities to work on your own projects
