Your tasks include:

• Recruiting your IT talent via different recruitment channels

• Focussing on each individual’s needs to think with them and guide them towards their best possible career

• Engaging with our clients to discuss all the details of the positions they’re looking to fill, challenging them on expectations and encouraging them to keep an open mind

• Taking matters into your own hands to improve the way we do things

• Acting on opportunities to work on your own projects

Your skills

Here’s what we expect from you:

• A few years of working experience

• A degree in Psychology, Communication, Business Sciences or similar

• Fluency in Dutch and English

• Experience or affinity with IT is considered a plus

• You care deeply about young talent and you have their best interest at heart

• You portray some motherly/fatherly qualities: if supportive nudging doesn’t do the trick, you don’t shy away from some tough love

• You enjoy engaging and interacting with people

• You have a flexible attitude and excellent organisational skills
