We’re looking for a Tech Talent Scout to:
- Recruit young IT talent via different recruitment channels and guide them towards their best possible career, really having an impact on their happiness and their future
- Engage in customer relations with our clients by going onsite to discuss which skills are needed for the position, what the culture is like, etc. in order to find the perfect match for all parties involved
- Take matters into your own hands and come up with initiatives for continuous improvement
- Come up with out-of-the-box ideas about recruitment – if you see an opportunity, you get the freedom to work on your own projects
