About the Challenge

At Exellys, our focus is to attract young tech talents and nurture them towards excellence. Do you have a few years of working experience, preferably in talent acquisition, and are you looking for a new challenge with more responsibilities?

We’re looking for a Tech Talent Scout to:

  • Recruit young IT talent via different recruitment channels and guide them towards their best possible career, really having an impact on their happiness and their future
  • Engage in customer relations with our clients by going onsite to discuss which skills are needed for the position, what the culture is like, etc. in order to find the perfect match for all parties involved
  • Take matters into your own hands and come up with initiatives for continuous improvement
  • Come up with out-of-the-box ideas about recruitment – if you see an opportunity, you get the freedom to work on your own projects

You’ll be joining a young and dynamic organisation where fun and happiness are an important part of the job description. Your skills

  • You have a minimum of 3 years of working experience in recruitment and can bring some expertise to the team

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Communication, Business Sciences or similar; or can demonstrate suitability through experience
  • Experience or affinity with IT is considered a plus
  • You’re fluent in Dutch and English
  • You’re not looking for a 9-to-5 desk job, you want to be out and about and enjoy making contact with people and organising events
  • You’re creative and innovative and not afraid to take initiative
  • You care about young talent and want to procure for them a bright and happy future; you also care about our clients
  • You have the necessary communicative skills to persuade candidates into an amazing job opportunity that might not be what they had set out for initially, but that you know will be a great fit
  • You’re a team player with lots of energy who thrives in a challenging, fast-paced environment
  • You have a flexible attitude and excellent organisational skills
