About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and drive IT projects within the financial sector. You will play a key role in managing project scope, timelines, and stakeholder communication, ensuring successful delivery within a fast-paced and highly regulated environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage stakeholders across different levels, ensuring clear communication and expectations.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and risk assessments.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and business units.
  • Ensure projects comply with financial regulations and security requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate risks proactively to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Provide status updates and reports to senior management.

Your skills

We are looking for

  • 4-5 years of experience in a relevant role.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT or Project Management roles.
  • Experience in the financial sector is a strong plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to operate independently.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies is a plus.
