You’re a self-starter with a demonstrated ability to learn beyond formal training with a strong aptitude for delivering quality solutions. You demonstrate ability to work with minimal direct supervision - determining methods and procedures on new assignments independently. 

• Bachelor or Master in Information Technology, ICT, Computer Science or related studies
• Graduated or 1-3 years of work experience in a related field
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure (e.g. TCP/IP, firewall rules, routers/switches, protocols (DNS, DHCP, proxy, etc.), ITIL, OS Linux and Windows, etc.)
• Knowledge of virtualization, SAN, NAS, backup and storage, and security is a plus
• Strong foundation in project management and understanding in Agile Methodology 
• Strong organization skills and excellent communication skills 
• Fluency in Dutch and English
