About the Challenge

About the Role:

We are seeking a strategically minded Hybrid Solutions Channel Sales Specialist to strengthen our partnerships with channel partners in Belgium. This role focuses on maximizing growth opportunities within partner networks, with a particular emphasis on hybrid solutions and innovative service models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Channel Strategy Development: Initiate, build, and strengthen relationships with channel partners to achieve maximum impact within the ecosystem.
  • Promotion of As-a-Service Models: Drive the adoption and implementation of innovative as-a-service solutions within the partner community.
  • Partner Enablement: Provide advanced training, technical tools, and ongoing support to ensure optimal partner performance.
  • Go-to-Market Synergies: Develop joint strategies and tactics with partners to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
  • Market Insights Analysis: Systematically monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and partner feedback to refine the strategic approach.
  • Internal Collaboration: Facilitate multidisciplinary collaboration to align partner initiatives with broader business goals, ensuring excellent customer experiences.
  • Team Knowledge Sharing: Actively contribute to a collaborative team culture by sharing expertise and best practices with colleagues.

Your skills

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

  • Expertise in As-a-Service Models: Proven experience in managing and promoting as-a-service models; specific knowledge of GreenLake solutions is a plus.
  • Experience Level: Open to candidates with 0 to 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Channel Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in working with channel partners to achieve mutual objectives.
  • Robust Sales Background: Sales experience, preferably in the IT sector or hybrid solution environments.
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent command of Dutch or French, combined with fluency in English (both spoken and written).
  • Result-Driven Mindset: Strong focus on achieving and exceeding defined sales goals.
