About the Challenge

As a Presales Consultant, you will bridge the gap between technical expertise and business goals, enabling customers and partners to succeed with tailored IT solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with the Business Development team to ensure the technical feasibility and alignment of proposed solutions with client needs. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest (or willingness to learn) in hardware and IT infrastructure who is eager to apply their technical knowledge in a customer-focused setting.


Technical Responsibilities (70%):

  • Solution Design: Collaborate with sales and technical teams to design and propose IT solutions, focusing on hardware and IT infrastructure.
  • Presentations and Demonstrations: Lead engaging presentations and technical demonstrations at events and meetings, educating stakeholders about our solutions.
  • Technical Advising: Serve as a trusted advisor to sales teams and customers, providing guidance on the best technical approaches to address specific challenges.

Collaboration Responsibilities (30%):

  • Partner Engagement: Work closely with the Business Development team to ensure that proposed solutions align with client needs and market opportunities.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with partners and customers, participating in meetings and events to strengthen collaboration.
  • Internal Alignment: Collaborate with internal teams to refine solution offerings based on market feedback and customer requirements.

Your skills

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

  • Education: A Master’s degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, IT, or Engineering, is required.
  • Technical Expertise: A strong understanding of hardware and IT infrastructure,or a genuine interest in these areas and emerging technologies.
  • Communication Skills: The ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences, both technical and non-technical.
  • Flexibility: Adaptability to non-traditional schedules; this is not a 9-to-5 role.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in Dutch, with English proficiency as a plus in a multinational environment.
