As a Medior Data Engineer, you’ll design, implement, and optimize data solutions that drive decision-making and innovation across the company. Your contributions will support advanced technologies and global processes.

• Develop Robust Data Pipelines: Build scalable, high-performance pipelines using Databricks, PySpark, Python, and SQL to meet diverse data needs.
• Enhance Data Accessibility: Ensure data is reliable, clean, and ready for advanced analytics and reporting.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work with stakeholders across engineering, supply chain, and other departments to understand data requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
• Communicate Effectively: Present technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

We’re looking for someone with technical expertise and a proactive, collaborative mindset:

• Experience: 2–5 years in data engineering, with a proven track record of building and optimizing data pipelines.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Databricks, PySpark, Python, and SQL. Familiarity with cloud technologies is a plus.
• Problem-Solving Skills: You enjoy tackling complex data challenges and delivering innovative solutions.
• Communication Abilities: Strong skills in explaining technical ideas to diverse audiences and aligning stakeholders.
• Team Collaboration: A proactive and cooperative team player who thrives in a collaborative, global environment.
