Who are we looking for?

• At least 5 years of experience in technical design and complex IT project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of current technologies, IT architecture and application landscapes
• The ability to interact with business and IT stakeholders, drive changes, and manage dependencies.
• Skills in defining and aligning roadmaps and conducting assessments.
• An understanding of both business needs and IT capabilities.
• The ability to work with diverse teams, including IT Integrators, Product Owners, and Software Engineers.

The following is considered a plus:

• Experience in a complex large scale IT-environment
• A genuine interest in the financial sector

As part of our innovative two-year training track in collaboration with ING, you will have the opportunity to develop into one of three specialized roles: IT Integrator, IT Business Analyst, or Solution Architect. Throughout the program, you will receive comprehensive training and hands-on experience, allowing you to choose the path that best aligns with your skills and career aspirations. This track is designed to equip you with the expertise needed to excel in your chosen role, fostering your growth and ensuring your readiness to tackle complex challenges within the IT-landscape of ING.
