Required Skills:

• Master degree in IT, Business, Finance, or a related field
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Interest in the financial sector
• Proven experience in functional analysis, preferably within the financial sector.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with deep knowledge of financial systems and business processes.
• Proficiency in business process modeling (BPMN) and creating functional specifications.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
