About the Challenge

We are looking for a Functional Analyst to support, administer and maintain claims software systems. You’ll provide application documentation and receive training in new and existing business applications and processes, conduct needs assessments, test system upgrades and new implementations. You’ll also develop training and provide technical application support to end users. You’ll participate in the implementation of upgrades and integrations and coordinate claims system releases, testing and research issues.


Your skills

You are a strong communicator, know how to maintain good rapport with internal stakeholders and show an aptitude to resolve support issues using sound judgement. You have the ability to schedule and run client meetings, as required. You’re comfortable with managing priorities and deliverables, as well as conducting research on issues that arise by using existing documentation and hands-on troubleshooting.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations or related field
  • Experience with developing strong documentation
  • Experience working in a technology-driven enterprise
  • Proficiency in Keylane, XSLT, Axon
  • Confidence to speak up and offer constructive recommendations
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to build positive partnerships and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Fluency in English (both oral and written skills) and bilingual (French or Dutch) preferred
