About the Challenge

The Azure Application Owner is responsible for managing the Azure application to ensure it is consistent with Corona Direct’s IT strategy.

He/she...

  • carries out the functional and technical analysis in collaboration with the business analysts, and configures new and existing insurance products and services.
  • provides second-line support to the users and is also the point of contact for the relevant applications.
  • participates in (multidisciplinary) projects with regard to the configuration of new products.
  • handles configuration requests within the foreseen timeframe, with respect for quality to ensure the application runs smoothly.
  • answers questions from users that cannot be solved by the first-line support colleagues. The Application Owner also provides Azure explanations and training to users if necessary.
  • Keeps his/her technical knowledge up-to-date and proactively shares it with colleagues.

Your skills

  • You think and work on a Bachelor’s level. You have a broad interest in business applications.
  • You’re inquisitive, open-minded and enjoy sharing knowledge.
  • You combine a critical assessment with a willingness to listen and an accurate and analytical eye for detail.
  • You have excellent communication skills, you’re friendly and always willing to help out.
  • You’re a team player and yet an independent worker.
  • You have good knowledge of Dutch and English.
  • Experience in software and database management is a plus.
  • • Knowledge of insurance is a plus.
