About the Challenge

A Product Manager manages a product throughout the Product Lifecycle. From analysing user requirements, over design to product marketing: the Product Manager does it all. You work closely with Engineering to deliver winning products. You also work with Sales, Marketing and Support to ensure that goals around revenue and customer satisfaction are met.

Your responsibilities include:

• Understanding and representing user needs

• Monitoring the market and developing competitive analyses

• Defining a vision for a product and aligning stakeholders around this vision

• Prioritising product features and capabilities

• Creating a shared brain across larger teams to empower independent decision-making

• Ensuring that the product and marketing efforts support the company’s overall strategy and goals


Your skills

As you’re wearing many hats, you need good communication, presentation and documentation skills. We don’t have specific educational requirements: as far as we’re concerned, your skills outweigh your degree.

You can also recognise yourself in the following description:

• Understanding of the Scrum framework

• Knowledge of Confluence, work and capacity tracking tools (Jira, Azure Devops, Kanban, …) and Office applications

• You’re a language juggler: you are fluent in Dutch or French and English
