• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in process maintenance, preferably within the Financial Services sector.​
• COBIT Knowledge: Familiarity with the COBIT framework is advantageous.
• IT Process Experience: Prior experience working with IT processes is a plus.​
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to assess and improve complex processes.​
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.​
• Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage and collaborate with various stakeholders effectively.​
• Proactive Attitude: Demonstrated initiative in identifying and addressing process improvement opportunities.​
• Work Ethic: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a critical and mature approach to tasks.
