This is also the perfect place to get in touch with the internal team, the Exellys management and/or your fellow Exellysts, so don't hesitate to do so. We're happy to hear your suggestions!

The Exellys tribes

Knowledge sharing is a crucial part of our DNA. That's why, based on your professional expertise, you'll be assigned to one of our three tribes. The main goal of these tribes is to exchange insights and inspire each other.

All tribe activities are managed by senior Exellys consultants in the form of one tribe lead and several tribe ambassadors and they can't wait to get to know you better. If all is well, you're already a part if the correct Speakap group, so go and have a look!

Our referral program

At Exellys, we're constantly on the lookout for new talent and new opportunities for that talent. So if you have either of those in your network, don't hesitate to reach out to us!

For every potential new Exellyst that starts their selection procedure or prospect company that we can get a meeting with, you'll receive €100 to spend at your favorite restaurant. If we turn that prospect into a client or that candidate becomes an Exellyst, you'll get a bonus of €3.000 (as FIP budget).

Let your network know

You just joined an awesome team, so it's time to notify your network! As you'll basically be working for two employers (your client & Exellys), properly highlighting this on your LinkedIn profile can become quite confusing.

(Y)our flexible income plan

In June of 2021 we introduced a Flexible Income Plan (FIP). You might also know this as a 'cafetariaplan'. By introducing a FIP we can easily give Exellysts extra benefits on top of their monthly salary ànd fringe benefits.

This will allow you to:

  • Lease a bike
  • Buy multimedia
  • Pay for international fuel
  • And a whole lot more...

At Exellys, we take our events quite serious. Next to our yearly New Year's Party or surfing trip to the Belgian seaside, we regularly organize after-work drinks, apero's but also more 'formal' stuff, like our biannual Meeting of the Minds.

We only put the bar low for limbo. Not only in a professional context, but also when it comes to sports.
