About the Challenge

As we are growing fast and we are ambitious, we are looking for a fulltime Training Coordinator to support our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the management of all Exellys Trainings, performed by internal & external trainers. You will guarantee a flawless planning & accurate communication of all trainings towards our consultants. You will manage training budgets, bookings and expenses. You will ensure a process of continuous improvement of our training program, by performing evaluations of the Exellys trainings, in close cooperation with our Talent Development Team and Academy Director.

Your skills

  • Bachelor or Master degree
  • Experience in planning & coordination
  • Knowledge of LMS Software is a plus
  • You know how to work with Excel & other office products
  • You have strong communication skills and are fluent in Dutch or French, and English
  • You are accurate, detail-oriented and well organised
  • You are motivated to work in a fast-growing and ever-changing young and dynamic organisation
  • You are a real team player & you know how to “get things done”
  • You are reliable, service minded and you have a passion for Learning & development?
