About the Challenge

Within the Business Agility team, we aim to increase customer satisfaction by implementing agile principles within the organization. We believe that digitization is about tools and talent, but we’re also convinced that company culture is what makes the difference. 

The DevOps Engineer Business Agility plays a crucial role in offering solutions that facilitate a culture that encourages co-operation, where people can feel safe to take risks. 

You’ll be joining a multidisciplinary team where your main focus will be on optimizing our agility and structurally validating our agile improvement agenda. Our value stream is still in the start-up phase, which means you’ll be partly responsible for the further development of our projects.

Your skills

We’re looking for a multifaceted professional with a passion for developing company-wide solutions to Business Agility problems. We want someone who isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo and create innovative solutions that drive results.

Must-haves: 

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 3 years’ experience in a comparable position 
  • Experience with Agile/DevOps + Lean methodologies in a SAFe environment
  • Experience with agile transformation and building change momentum
  • Experience with handling Business Agility issues in a financial service environment
  • Strong communicative skills in English and Dutch

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience with the cross-cultural aspects of working in an international, inclusive environment
  • Knowledge of Asset Management
  • An internationally recognized certification in Agile/Lean/DevOps Consultancy
