Engineers within the security support team are the technical point of contact for customers with regard to the day-to-day management of their security infrastructure. Tasks include incident and change management of security infrastructure, incident solving, collaboration with the international support of security vendors, implementing operational changes, advising customers and documenting actions and communications.
As a Security Engineer at Telenet, you gradually acquire in-depth knowledge and experience in various IT areas through a combination of on-the-job training, coaching by our consultants and self-study. You’ll also receive the necessary support to achieve the certifications required for this position.
