  • You guarantee a continuous inflow of talented and motivated candidates via different recruitment channels (recruitment events, recruitment and business days, our own database, LinkedIn, online campaigning, jobboards, etc.), this in close cooperation with our brand & growth team.
  • You interview and select candidates and guide them through our hiring process with care and respect.
  • You guide our consultants through interviews with clients, giving them feedback and help them find the perfect project.

Your skills

Since 2014, Exellys’ focus has been on attracting young Belgian (and international) talent and nurturing them towards excellence. We are now taking our first steps in the Dutch market and if you tick (some of) these boxes, you will be the first one to join our team…

  • You have 3-5 year’s of experience in Talent Acquisition
  • You love connecting with young graduates in tech
  • You are passionate about our brand and have an entrepreneurial mindset that will make Exellys Netherlands become as successful as our Belgian branch
  • You hold a Master’s degree in Psychology, Communication, Business Sciences or similar
  • You’re a language juggler: you are fluent in Dutch and English is a piece of cake for you
  • You have a ‘get shit done’ attitude and are not afraid of a challenge, or two

We can keep going on and make a long list of must-haves, but you should definitely have tons of energy, good jokes, the ability to connect with others and motivation to make Exellys a success in the Netherlands.
