About the Challenge

We are looking for a Project Engineer who will work alongside a dynamic team of project leaders and technical experts to develop next-generation compressors with the goal of improving energy efficiency. You will independently manage the design process from prototyping to series production. Working across the complete mechanical and electrical design of machines, you will be hands-on in reconciling the technical specifications and requirements as described in the master specifications, project managing the main components and materials to be used within the allotted timeframes, coordinating and following up on design-related tasks with the designer and our offshore team. You’ll provide consultation with suppliers regarding the selection of components and technical applications to ensure cost optimization. You’ll also draw up test programs in collaboration with design reviewers, supervising the testing of prototypes, interpreting test results, and processing feedback.
