About the Challenge

We’re looking for a Customer Data Project Manager that will act as SPOC within Customer Data Analytics for all data aspects included in a new customer service. You will be responsible for setting up and facilitating appropriate governance in function of the subject, purpose and situation to make optimal use of the CDA capacity and to ensure good project progress. A part of your job will be to scope and challenge the data aspects in accordance with the strategy, proposed objectives and LT CDA vision, taking into account internal and external factors.

Next to that, you’ll make impact analysis of each project on the day2day activities within CDA whilst aligning with the various stakeholders within the global project. Ensuring follow-up, adjustment and reporting of progress, with a focus on proactive and solution-oriented management of any points of attention and problems are your responsibility.

Your skills

We are looking for a challenger, with knowledge of banking, insurance products & RCB, who is able to work independently, organized and flexible within a dynamic environment. Someone with a university degree or equivalent experience that worked hard on acquiring the following skills:


  • You have significant experience in project management
  • Experience or strong affinity with the domain data such as eg. experience with customer data at the level of reporting, data driven marketing, customer insights & predictive modelling
  • Interest in data management and challenged by the problems of data management in a diversified and evolving technological landscape
  • Able to function as a 'bridge function' between business people who speak a functional language and technical profiles that communicate in technical terms
  • Results-oriented work ethic with an eye for the customer
  • Bilingual French-Dutch with a good knowledge of English
  • Co-operative with a sense of initiative
