About the Challenge

We’re looking for a Partner Business Manager that provides resources and guidance to the partner on where to play within emerging trends in a partner’s ecosystem in alignment with the business priorities. Someone who works with the partner to create a mutually beneficial plan for the future and who will develop knowledge of partner priorities, industry trends, IT landscape & the investment strategy. You’ll articulate both global and local business strategies to effectively create a scalable selling ecosystem. Our perfect Partner Business Manager demonstrates business and sales leadership by building mutually beneficial relationships with one or many partners to grow our market share. You’ll drive end-to end revenue, profitability, and pipeline by implementing joint business plans & data-driven sales efforts with the partner. Next to that, you’ll enact day-to-day HPE strategy, programs, and systems with and on behalf of the Partner to assure accelerated financial outcomes & build partner loyalty to HPE. You’ll tailor selling solutions to fit the needs of the partner's customer profile including HPE products, services & technology alliances to achieve assigned quota.

Your skills

We’re looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years of experience in developing positive relationships and solving customer problems. Someone that speaks and writes a professional level of Dutch, French and English in a clear & effective way.


Someone that has:


  • Technology, sales, partner industry, partnering & financial acumen
  • An understanding of the Belgian IT reseller landscape a plus
  • Experience in Account Management & Sales Forecasting
  • Portfolio knowledge
  • Great time management skills
  • Creativity & an entrepreneurship mindset
