About the Challenge

As a Technical Support Engineer. It’s is your responsibility to keep customer satisfaction on a high level. You’ll be part of a company that takes care of financial transaction messaging for more than 10.000 customers worldwide, while you assist regional support centres with complex problems. We’re looking for a trouble shooter, a die-hard problem solver, someone who takes ownership and, above all, is a good communicator. You’re more than just the helpdesk guy or girl but you make the difference in an organization that is active in more than 200 countries.

Your skills

You are a real team player with a passion for technology and applications who is at the same time extremely customer focused. Your best soft skill needs to be communicating clearly and listening attentively. You tackle deadlines like a rugby player, aim for gold in the quality of your work.

We are looking for someone who worked hard for the following skills:

  • You’retech savvy but don’t necessarily need an IT background
  • Windows is your playground and you know your way around other operating systems
  • You’re goal-oriented and a fast learner with a continuous improvement mindset
  • You can express yourself in English. We might even need you outside of the Belgian borders every once in a while
  • You’re a good communicator who has no problem breaking things down to make them clear
