About the Challenge

We are looking for a Salesforce developer to help design, architect, build and support solutions that make our strategic product roadmap a reality. You will be responsible for proactive maintenance, daily management and documentation. In support of our digital business strategy, you will define coding standards, lead best practices for configuration and custom development of Salesforce frameworks and more. Finally, applying DevOps principles, you’ll help manage the development lifecycle to ensure the delivery of highly secure solutions so that they are optimized for performance and built to scale.

Your skills

You are technically-minded and have a strong foundation in the Salesforce ecosystem and can successfully set up and operate a suite of products. You deliver customer-centric, high-quality solutions, and know how to build a strong rapport with your colleagues. As a creative problem-solver, you analyze all situations with a methodical approach, and drive decision-making with ease.

  • Technical degree or equivalent experience with .Net / Java or Salesforce
  • Prior experience in insurance field preferred
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Administrator Configuration, including customizing standard objects, fields and creating custom objects & fields
  • Knowledge of Apex and VisualForce design, development, configuration and deployment
  • Basic knowledge of REST and SOAP services
  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, SalesforceDX, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and / or Salesforce Lighting preferred
  • Experience in Microsoft SQL, HTML or CSS preferred
  • Fluency in English, Dutch or French
