About the Challenge

We’re looking for a Scrum Master who will help us transition from Waterfall to Agile methodology. You’ll help analyze metrics, processes and the strategy associated with our operations. You will coach and mentor teams and be the go-to experts on Kanban methods and best practices for the enterprise. This role will help you build a mastery of lean values, principles and practices.

You're agile and not afraid to identify what we're doing wrong so it can be fixed, and what we're doing right so we can capitalize on it.

  • 2+ years of prior experience in an Agile team environment
  • Experience with AzureDevOps and ServiceNow
  • Ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict
  • Ability to seamlessly translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Experience with successful Agile techniques
  • Ability to work with and lead an offshore team
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment
  • Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction
  • Clear communication skills
  • Fluency in English. Fluency in Hindi is a bonus
