1. Start with Why: Why did you agree to join the Exellys Advisory Board?

Being an entrepreneur myself, I have witnessed and experienced the enriching value of my advisory board. Consequently, I was happy to join the Exellys board to inject some outside-in perspectives and insights from a diversity point of view. Also my interest in the resolution of the challenges ahead in STEM-education (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) - adds to the societal dimension.

2. Added Value: Which of your competencies & expertise will be most beneficial to Exellys?

The combination of my affinity with IT-consultancy and my specific stakeholder-management expertise is complementing the advisory board team. I also have experience with dynamics at play within larger structures, which helps to navigate the world of Exellys customers. Marketing, communication and PR experience can contribute to the positioning of the company.

3. Chrystal Ball: If you’d imagine Exellys’ future development, what do you (like to) see (happening)?

The potential stretch in the Exellys business model opens opportunities in a dynamic market. Think about other market spaces, reorientation and (re)training, career switchers,....
